I am perfectly willing to make a 400 mile round trip drive to the middle of nowhere to visit and eat this food. Every single thing here is amazing. The trip is a pilgrimage for me and I have converted others to my Cajun religion

Zydeco's is hands down one of my favorite restaurants. The food is excellent and the staff is always very friendly. Also, the garlic soup is top notch! If you are a fan of soups or garlic I highly recommend getting it.

This restaurant is worth driving to!!! The owner and staff are awesome, the Hurricanes are on point. They had a nice apple margarita (with juice from a local orchard). The breaded shrimp are the best I’ve had (not a thick heavy breading) and the almond crusted catfish was to die for. This is easily one of or maybe my favorite restaurant in the metro Indianapolis area. This was our first time here and I’m honestly upset I haven’t discovered this gem sooner.

Had dinner there on 6/19/24 on a visit to Mooresville. Learned they serve crawfish etouffee so had to go have it. Loved the etouffee, but wife thought the crawfish poboy bun could have been better. Specialty drinks were very good. Atmosphere is fun and inviting. We'll return.

I highly recommend Zydeco's. A true hidden gem in a sea of bland chains. The entire menu is amazing Cajun all-stars, start to finish. Great selection of beers and specialty drinks. The staff are fast, super friendly, and actually care that you enjoy your experience. I have never had a mediocre dish or experience here. It's all just amazing.

I just moved to the area and I am so hurt its leaving at the end of December. I waited 45mins plus for food and i could not of cared less. Thank goodness for the good drinks and bread they provide after you order. The owner, bartenders..all are just so great. This establishment im sure will be missed. The shrimp po boy was a mess to eat but still good. I normally dont do a lot of salt so the garlic soup was salty but everyone else loved it!

My wife and I had been wanting to go to Zydeco's since we saw it on DDD, but it was a couple hours away and it never worked out until last night. Now my only regret is that we didn't make it there sooner. When you walk in, you're greeted with great atmosphere that feels a little like a great dive bar. They have some merch available, but it's not pushed on you, just something if you want it. We were greeted as we walked in and seated quickly. There were a few tables but not overly crowded. Our waiter had great personality and was fun. The service was timely and thoughtful. The waiter asked if we wanted to hold the entrees for a few minutes so that we could eat our appetizers without it getting cold. We tried a variety of things, gator on stick, red beans and rice and BBQ shrimp. All were really good! (gator on a stick was the best, highly recommend) Then we had blackened catfish with craw tails for the main course as it was their special. It was incredible! We tried their bread pudding for dessert and it was good. All in all, we definitely will be going back! So much more that we want to try and if you have the opportunity to stop by, don't pass it up because you won't regret it!
